CHERE DAVIS WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Cheré Davis has been the Worship Director at Radiance since the summer of 2012. Her heart is to release a sound of freedom and deliverance throughout the land. Lifting up the name of Jesus higher than any other name. She is supported by her husband Andrew and their three children EJ, Selah, and Judah.

Jonathan’s life is marked by an abandonment to see Jesus Christ known in his generation. One of Jonathan’s primary gifts is to bring vision to reality – both individually and corporately. He carries a strong burden and anointing to reach college campuses for Christ. His heart is to see every individual unleashed to strategically live out God’s dream for their life. Sharon has been called to be a voice of justice in this generation – to speak on behalf of those who have no voice. She is an advocate and spokesperson to see sex-trafficking and other global injustices end. Both Jonathan and Sharon are graduates from the University of Southern California and Fuller Theological Seminary. Together, they serve on the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, and are Prayer Leaders on the Reformation Prayer Network under Mike & Cindy Jacobs. They are parents to 2 wonderful sons, Elijah & Ezekiel.

MILTON LIU, NIGHTWATCH DIRECTOR
Milton is gifted in pastoring and teaching and has been a part of the house of prayer movement since 2006. He enjoys listening to, encouraging, and speaking life over people in order to see them set free from long-held bondages.
Milton grew up in Columbus, OH and has a heart for missions. His life message is intimacy with God and sitting at the feet of Jesus.

Eric Griggs has been a part of Radiance International since 2011, co facilitating the night watch,Eric has been involved in the prayer movement since 1999. Eric also works as a professorial counselor, with a specialty in addiction counseling. Eric has a strong desire to see God establish a safe place at Radiance International for those seeking healing and restoration.

Kristin Gregory has been a part of Radiance International since 2012 and has a heart to see culture transformed through revival in Arts & Entertainment. With several years of experience in the Music Industry, Kristin is the director of Upper Room Studios. She is passionate to see people walk out their God-given purpose through laying hold of their identity in Christ.

Tara Armstrong is a biblical teacher and mentor that uses practical teachings that implement growth and breakthrough. She has been part of Radiance International since 2012 and has a heart for those that are lost, broken, and held in captivity. Tara’s goal is to make God’s love known and see people restored and transformed by it.

Clifton Anderson has been a part of the Radiance community since 2013 and provides oversight of the administrative and operational aspects of our House of Prayer and related ministries and enterprises. As a former senior executive, Clifton is called to advise, align, and equip leaders worldwide—both within the marketplace and in the Body of Christ—in order to advance the Kingdom of God.

LEONELA JOANINO, DANCE MINISTRY & JUSTICE SPEAKS
Leah Joanino has been serving at Radiance International since graduating from Launch Discipleship School in 2013. As an actress, dancer, and model - she has a heart to see revival and reformation in the entertainment industry. Working as the assistant director of Justice Speaks, she is also called to be a voice to the voiceless and carries a powerful message on justice. Her greatest passion is worshipping Jesus and seeing others come to know Him!
